ZYN in the U.S. vs Europe

The FDA states that tobacco products imported or offered for import into the United States must comply with all applicable requirements. These include marketing authorization, labeling, and the required nicotine warning.

The FDA can examine imported products and take action against products that do not comply.

The reverse journey is also country-specific. A U.S. ZYN product may be subject to the destination country’s age, labeling, tax, quantity, or import rules.
