FAQs
- You can have a maximum of 4,000 points in your account at any given time. If you reach this limit, you will not be able to earn any additional points until you redeem some of your existing points. Since points expire 12 months after you've earned them, we recommend redeeming your points regularly to avoid any loss due to expiration.
- You can convert your points into dollar-off coupons (e.g. 1000 points = $5 off). Please note that these coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon codes at checkout.
Coupons are valid for the year they are issued. For instance, if you convert points into a $5 coupon on June 15, 2025, it will remain valid until December 31, 2025.
In some cases, yes. By ordering through Nicokick, you earn points based on your order value. Certain suppliers offer their own rewards programs that means it might be possible to earn extra points through their site as well. This is often done by scanning a QR code on the back of the can and entering a unique string of letters/numbers when you receive your order. Your points balance for each site will be considered separate, however. You should always check the terms and conditions before assuming you can earn from both rewards programs. Some manufacturers require you to order through their website to be eligible for loyalty points. In this case, you will not be able to get rewards from both sites.
Your Nicokick points expire a year after they're earned. Any unused points after this period will be removed from your account.
No, Nicokick points are non-transferable. Since they were earned by the account holder, they can only be used by the account holder.
If you have to return an item, any loyalty points earned from that purchase will typically be deducted from your Nicokick account. This policy ensures that your points balance accurately reflects your on-site spending.Â

Let’s say your order total is broken down as follows:
- Total:Â $20
- Tax:Â $7
- Shipping: $3
- Subtotal:Â $10
In this case, you’ll earn loyalty points on the $10 subtotal. Tax and shipping are not included in the points calculation. Since you earn 1 point for every dollar spent on Nicokick, that means you’ll receive 10 points for this purchase.Â
