What is the Adult Signature Requirement?
The Adult Signature Requirement (ASR) is an important part of Nicokick's shipping policy, ensuring the responsible delivery of our products in states where ASR is mandated. This means that someone aged 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. A valid ID confirming your age must be shown, and a signature is required for the handover of the package.
During checkout, you’ll be informed if your order is subject to ASR.
To avoid any issues, please ensure that you have a valid ID ready when UPS or FedEx attempts delivery. Following this requirement helps us stay compliant with legal standards, and we appreciate your cooperation!

When Do We Ship Your Order?
Our ambition is always to ship your order as soon as possible and exceed your expectations with a smooth, timely delivery. Currently, due to a nationwide ZYN shortage, certain orders may be slightly delayed and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you've chosen an express shipping option (like FedEx 2nd day, UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day), please be aware that the cutoff on all orders for same-day shipping is 2pm (Monday-Friday).
Shipping to Military Addresses
For orders to US military addresses (DPO and FPO), the only shipping options that can be chosen are UPS Surepost with USPS as a last mile provider, or directly with USPS. For APO orders, it is strictly UPS Surepost.
Please note that delivery times here are subject to some variation based on your specific APO, DPO or FPO location.
Incorrect Shipping Address
To avoid any delays or a return of your order due to failed delivery, please double check that you have written the correct address.
If you do notice a mistake in regards to your address while we're processing your order, please give us a call straight away on (844) 516-4713. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to re-route your order before it leaves one of our warehouses, but we will do our very best.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for orders with address errors once they have been dispatched.
