How Does the ZYN Rewards Program Work?

Eligible ZYN cans feature a unique ZYN Rewards code. Once you’ve signed up or logged into your account, simply enter the case-sensitive code on the back of the can and start earning points. 


You’ll generally earn 15 points per can with a maximum of 60 codes per account each month (that’s 900 possible points).

Registering for ZYN Rewards

You’ll need to sign up if you don't already have an account, but don't worry! It's free and should take you less than 2 minutes. 

  1. Head to the official ZYN Rewards page and click Register. 
  2. Fill in your details (including name, address, and how you’d prefer to be contacted). 
  3. Set a secure password and click Update.  

Congratulations! Your account is now created. The next step is to start entering your ZYN Rewards codes.  

Entering Your Codes

  1. Open the camera on your phone to scan the QR code on the back of each can and click the pop-up link, or head directly to the ZYN Rewards page if you’re on a computer. 

  1. Log in and scroll to the field where you’re prompted to Enter Your Rewards Code. 

  1. Enter the case-sensitive code from the back of the can and click the arrow button to submit.  

  1. Repeat this process for as many cans as you have. You may be required to log in again if your session expires between entering codes. 


As you start to accumulate points, you can redeem them for different ZYN Rewards.

Redeeming Your Points

When your points balance is high enough to redeem the ZYN Rewards you want, it’s time to take the final step. 

  1. Log in and click Shop Rewards to start browsing. 
  2. Add the item(s) to your Rewards Cart.  
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. 
  4. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email. 
  5. Sit back, relax, and give it 4-6 weeks to arrive!  

The Rules of ZYN Rewards

To make the most of ZYN's loyalty program, read up on the ZYN Rewards Community Terms & Conditions. Keep in mind these rules too:

  • You can enter up to 60 ZYN codes per account each month. That’s a total of 900 possible points. (Points and codes cannot be combined or transferred between accounts, and any attempts to do so will forfeit your entire balance).

  • Points may be forfeited if you go 60 days without entering any additional codes. ZYN states it will notify account holders by email before doing so, but to avoid this problem, make sure you’re adding new codes on a semi-regular basis. Redeeming points is not enough to keep your account active. 

  • You may be asked for extra information. Anyone redeeming prizes worth $2,000 or more per calendar year could be contacted by ZYN’s agency and asked to securely provide their Social Security Number and fill out an IRS 1099 form.

  • ZYN reserves the right to verify any purchase. As a precaution, it’s a good idea to peel the stickers off your cans and keep them for at least 90 days after entering the codes on-site.

  • ZYN Customer Care is here to help. If you believe points haven’t been properly credited to your account, you should notify ZYN within 15 days of entering the code.

  • Points have no cash value and are only redeemable through the program. 

FAQs

  • ZYN nicotine pouches contain nicotine and are intended only for adults 21 and over who currently use nicotine. All members of ZYN Rewards are therefore subject to on-site age verification. The program is void where prohibited.  
  • Scan the QR code using your phone’s camera and follow the pop-up link to log in on mobile, or head to the ZYN Rewards website directly if you’re using a computer, iPad, or similar device. 
  • On the back of every can of  ZYN you’ll find a string of 11-16 digits printed underneath the QR code. Note that these codes may include both (UPPERCASE/lowercase) letters and numbers.  

  • Codes are one-use only, so make sure you haven’t entered this particular can’s code on site already. Double check that you are matching the case of each letter in the code. There can be some confusion with “0” (zero) and “O” (uppercase “o”) as well as “I” (uppercase “i”) and “l” (lowercase “L”). If your code still isn’t working, call 1-855-YOUR-ZYN. 

  • ZYN Rewards members generally earn 15 points per can (maximum 60 cans per month). Joining Nicokick Rewards enables you to earn a point for every $1 spent on your ZYN order with us too, adding up to exclusive on-site discounts and members-only offers. 

  • No. ZYN will cover any shipping fees and make sure your ZYN Rewards arrive wherever they’re supposed to. 

  • Yes, if you haven’t added a new code to your account balance for 60 days. To avoid losing your ZYN Rewards points, make sure you’re regularly adding codes to your ZYN Rewards balance.

    It’s also a good idea to peel off the sticker from your ZYN can and hang onto these codes for at least 90 days after entering a code, in case ZYN needs to verify any of your purchases.  

  • If ZYN ever decides to discontinue their loyalty program, you’ll be given 120 days to cash out whatever points you have left and redeem items from the ZYN Rewards store. There are no current plans to do this, however, so you can continue earning points and shopping freely.
