ZYN Rewards lets you earn points on every can of ZYN you buy and eventually redeem those points for prizes listed on their website. The program is designed to reward loyal ZYN customers, so, obviously, the more points you earn, the more prizes you're able to redeem. 

How Does the ZYN Rewards Program Work?

All ZYN pouches are eligible for the ZYN Rewards program. Once you’ve set up a ZYN account, simply scan the QR code on the bottom of each can with your phone’s camera and start tallying up your points to earn prizes! You’ll earn 15 points per can with a maximum of 60 cans or codes per month.

If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to start by signing up.  

    1. Head to the official ZYN Rewards page and click Register.

    2. Fill out your details – including name, address, email, and your preference for nicotine products.  

    3. Finally, make sure you set a secure password.


Congrats! Your account is now created. The next step is to start entering your ZYN Rewards codes.

How to Enter Your ZYN Rewards Codes

    1. Purchase ZYN pouches as you usually would through sites like ours, or another on-/offline retailer.  
    2. Open the camera on your phone to scan the QR code on the bottom of each can.  

    3. Click on the link that pops up to be redirected to the ZYN Rewards page.
    4. When on the ZYN Rewards page, sign into your account (you can even select ‘Remember Me’ to save your email so only a password is needed in future).
    5. Once logged in, enter the code from the can and keep in mind these codes are case sensitive. 15 points will then be automatically deposited into your ZYN Rewards account. 
    6. Repeat the process for as many cans as you have.
    7. Enjoy accumulating ZYN Rewards points and keep your eyes on the prize(s)! You can always come back to check your balance in the points display box.

Do ZYN Rewards Expire?

If there’s no activity in your account for 6 months, ZYN will view your account as inactive and you risk losing your points. To avoid this problem, make sure you’re adding new codes or redeeming points every few months at a minimum.


You should also peel off the sticker from the can and hang onto your codes for 90 days, in case ZYN needs to verify your purchase(s). 

How to Buy Items with Your ZYN Rewards

When you've racked up enough points for the ZYN Reward you have your eye on, it's time to hit up the ZYN Rewards store and start shopping. 

 

    1. Log in to your ZYN account.
    2. Select the ZYN Rewards option from the side menu and start browsing.
    3. Click on the item you want (making sure you have enough points to avoid disappointment!).

    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
    5. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email.
    6. Sit back, relax, and give it 4-6 weeks to arrive. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!  

The Rules of ZYN Rewards

To make the most of ZYN Rewards, it’s important to keep in mind a few rules too: 

    • You can only enter a maximum of 60 codes per month. 

    • You should hang onto your label codes for at least 90 days after entering them on-site. If you can’t prove you’ve got the codes, ZYN reserves the right to cancel your points and any rewards you’ve snagged with them. Don’t let that happen! 
    • Anyone redeeming prizes worth $600 or more in a year will need to provide a little extra information to ZYN – including your Social Security Number and filling out an IRS 1099 form.  
 

Most of all, play fair, folks! Any attempts to tamper with or cheat the system will get you booted from the ZYN Rewards program.


Also, if ZYN ever decides to discontinue the rewards program, don’t worry – you’ll get a heads up of 120 days so you can use your points.
