We offer our customers in the USA variety of different shipping alternatives. You can easily see which options you have to choose from in the checkout. All US orders are sent from Pennsylvania and shipped with UPS. The shipping times below only apply to the 48 contiguous states, delivery can take up to 14 days to addresses outside the contiguous 48.

Shipping alternatives USA
- UPS Surepost: Delivery time, 2-5 business days. Includes UPS Tracking. Signature is not required on delivery. This option is not available to California or Delaware, due to a requirement for adult signature on delivery in these states. The weight limit for Surepost is 8lbs (approx. 3.65kg).
- UPS Ground: Delivery time, 1-5 business days. Includes UPS Tracking.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery time, 2 business days delivery time. Includes UPS Tracking.
- UPS Next Day Air: Delivery time, Next business day time-definite service. Delivery as early as 10:30 A.M. Includes UPS Tracking.
How long before my order ships?
We aim to ship all orders within 24h after payment has been accepted. However, we do not guarantee shipping within 24 hours at all times! For example: If you have ordered out of stock products. Our warehouses operate Monday to Friday with exceptions for national public holidays. If you have chosen a trackable shipping service, a new email with a link that allows you to track your shipment online will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
States we do not ship to, and why:
There are local laws in Arkansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Utah, and Vermont that prohibits sales of oral nicotine in or to these states.
APO, DPO and FPO addresses:
Please note that you need to place any order to an APO, DPO or FPO address to United States and not the country that you are located in. Choose your Armed Forces Location in the state dropdown in the checkout. All orders to US military addresses must be sent with UPS Surepost.
Change of Shipping Address:
We are only able to amend the address of an order if the order has not yet been shipped, and we can only correct faults in the given address, not change it to another address. Please make sure that your address is correct when you place your order. If you have provided us with a faulty or incomplete address and your order has already been shipped there is unfortunately nothing we can do. We do not refund nor reship shipped orders with address faults. We also do not refund or reship orders that were sent to a temporary address (for example hotel addresses during your holiday) and did not arrive in time before the end of your stay. Please make sure to state a shipping address where you will be staying for a duration of at least 2 months from the date of the order placement.
All your orders are now delivered with UPS, which means you will always be able to track the progress of your delivery!
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, you'll receive an email from UPS with a Tracking Number, which you can use on the UPS website here. Just put your tracking number into the box, hit Track, and get up-to-the-minute information on where your parcel is!
