1. What personal information do we collect?
Northerner may collect information that is personally identifiable to you. This information may include:

Contact details such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

Age, birth date, and gender.

Order information, for example order number, date, products, quantity, price, and shipping and payment methods, including purchasing history.

Payment details, such as payment method, transaction time, paid amount and IP address. Any payments made are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Site, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).

Where, required by law, we will delete your biometric information within 1 year from your last interaction with our Services.
2. From which sources do we collect information about you?
We collect information through direct interactions with you, as well as by automated technologies such as cookies and web beacons. For example, when you submit an order to us, create an account, complete one of our surveys or contact us via the Site’s webform, you are asked to provide us with various personal information. We may also combine your personal information with information we receive from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising networks and data brokers or aggregators.
3. Why do we process personal information?
We collect and process personal information about you for various purposes, mainly the purposes described below and for any other purposes stated at the point of collection. Kindly note that this is a general description of our processing and that all processing may not be applicable to your personal information.

4. Regarding your birth date and minors
We ask you to provide your birth date when placing an order. We may ask for other information demonstrating your age such as identification card. We require this information in order to verify your age to comply with legal age limit limitations for the sale of tobacco and/or nicotine products.
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from any person under the age of twenty-one. No parts of our Site are directed to or designed to attract anyone under the age of twenty-one.
5. How may we share information?
We may share your information with our service providers to perform the functions for which we engage them. For example, we may use third parties to host the Site or assist us in providing functionality on the Site, provide data analysis on the Site, deliver our products, and process payments. We may also disclose information to companies for usage in the evaluation and disclosure of reviews of our products and services and our Site, as well as market research.
We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners. These third-party advertising partners may set cookies, pixels, and other tracking tools on our Sites to collect information regarding your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). We may share your information with other companies of the Haypp Group, for business and operational purposes. We may also share your information with other businesses with whom we have a relationship so that they can provide you with information about products and services that may be of interest to you.
Additionally, we may share information that we collect from users as needed to enforce our rights, protect our property or protect the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed to support external auditing, compliance and corporate governance functions. We will disclose personal information as we deem necessary to respond to a subpoena, regulation, binding order of a data protection agency, legal process, governmental request or other legal or regulatory process. We may also share personal information as required to pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain.
We may share or transfer information, including your personal information, in connection with a change of ownership or control by or of us or any affiliated entity (in each case whether in whole or in part).
6. How do we protect your information?
We are always striving to protect your personal information by implementing a variety of security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion to the Site and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of your information. 8. What Privacy Rights and Choices May Be Available?

How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

Verification Methods. Once you submit a request, we will verify that you are the consumer to which the request pertains by matching the identifying information provided by you (e.g., name, email address, account-related information) to the information we maintain. Depending on the type of request you submit, we will attempt to match either two or three of the data points you provided. If we are unable to verify your request with the data points you provided, we may reach out to you for additional information to verify your request.
Authorized Agent. You can select an “authorized agent” to submit requests on your behalf. We will require the authorized agent to have a written authorization confirming that authority. We may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us. Once your authorized agent is verified, they may submit a request in the typical way described above.

9. How Long do We Retain Personal Information?
