Terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of goods that you complete as a consumer on our website. By completing your order, you agree to comply with the terms. NicoKick reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Each change is published on this page and is valid from accepting the terms by a new order or 10 days after Nicokick informed you of the changes.

You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these terms of use. If you do not agree with all these terms and conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Age Requirement

To place an order with us you have to be 18 years or older for Canada and the United Kingdom customers. For US customers we apply a strict 21 years or older policy

We have an age verification for our customers at the checkout. If you’re unable to complete the age verification, please contact customer support. If you are not a citizen of the country you are living in, the age verification might not work. If so, please send a message to our customer support with a picture of your valid identification.

You verify your age by first entering the address you are registered at. Then choose the month you were born, and last enter the year. So for example if you were born in January 1975, you choose jan, and write 1975.

The verification only works automatically on the address you are registered at. You can therefore not place an order to your work address or any other address than the one you are registered at. If you have moved recently and your new address hasn't been registered yet, the age verification might not work, and it can be because you are still registered at your old address. If your local customs broker refuses to release the package to you due to local age regulations there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.

US customers - You have to be a US citizen in order to verify your age on the website. The system checks through a site that pulls its information from the US government. So if the verification fails when you're a US citizen can we not manually approve your order I'm afraid. If you're not a US citizen and have a foreign identification, please send us a picture of the ID and we will manually verify your age.

Payment

USA: We offer Paypal and Payex as payment options. All charges are made in US dollars.

U.K: We offer Payex as payment option. All charges are made in EURO.

CA: We offer Payex as payment option. All charges are made in US dollars.

Return and refund policy & Reclamations

Due to Nicokick's products are fresh we can unfortunately not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your received order or if you have received any faulty items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Make sure to keep the products, packaging and shipping documents intact during the claims period. Please note that you need to report any issues with an order within two months of the purchase date.

Customs

All Canadian orders are sent from Sweden. Therefore, we advise you to always contact your local customs to gain information about their policies on nicotine import before you place your order. All products that are imported might be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. As an importer of a regulated substance, you are obliged to know and follow the current laws, restrictions, and regulations when placing your order. We mark all packages with a specific product description of your order and state the full product value. If you refuse your order due to local duties, or your local customs refuse your package due to local restrictions there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We do not reship or refund refused orders since this matter is out of our control.
